Russian and Ukrainian Labels at Coterie Trade Show in NYC
Yesterday I had a pleasure of visiting Ctyl.’ Network (now Bridge Showroom) booth at Fashion Coterie, one of the largest and most prestigious trade shows on the planet, that takes place September 18 – 20 in NYC.
Coterie is a giant treasure cove filled up to the brim with all the designer brands we know/love, like Nicole Miller, BCBG Max Azria, Rebecca Minkoff, Anna Sui, as well as showrooms that represent several brands. One can easily run into a buyer from Bergdorf, Saks or Colette… I’m just wondering if three days is enough time to take even a brief look at more than ten thousand booths?
Ctyl.’ Network brought to the show a Russian label Chapurin and two labels from Ukraine – Bobkova and Bevza.

Chapurin has evolved into a true luxury brand since its launch in 1999. It is regularly shown at Paris Fashion Week and is coveted by many celebrities including Naomi Campbell.
Chapurin is carried by Luna Boutique in San Francisco that also sells another brand represented by Ctyl’ Network, Poustovit.

Chapurin is expensive but totally worth it. This dress looks like a dream! |
Bobkova is already successfully selling in the U.S. Read all about it in my post Bobkova goes to America

BEVZA has been showing at Ukrainian Fashion Week since 2006. Famed in Ukraine for their LWD (Little White Dress), a BEVZA staple, the label encompasses the notions of minimalism, modern sleek silhouettes and effortless chic.

Not so many people know that BEVZA also makes great footwear.
