“Why show during Couture and not ready-to-wear?
…In Russia, we don’t have any fashion industry. It’s really difficult to organize the process of making ready-to-wear clothes, so we have to make couture clothes. We are doing everything in one building. All our embroidered buttons, all our shoes. We are trying to find people from all over the country who can make something really very special. That’s why we are couture.”
