Forget bears. Versace- and Cavalli-clad bimbos are almost extinct, too. Nowadays the streets of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg are filled with well-educated, multilingual, open-minded young people who knows that personal style is not just pretty clothes. Fashion designer Katerina Levina belongs to them.

Born in Saint-Petersburg, she started to study graphics few years before enrolling on a Fashion Design course at Saint-Petersburg University of Technology and Design. While on the fourth year of that one she was accepted into second year of the Fashion Design course at Central Saint-Martins College due to her advanced skills.

After one year at Central Saint-Martins Katerina went on to do work experience placements. She managed to successfully complete her placements at various London-based fashion design companies, such as: Hussein Chalayan, Vivienne Westwood, Emilio de la Morena and Peter Jensen.
